Runs on our own database

The backend runs entirely on the self-hosted PostgreSQL 17 database — the business-api (57 Postgres-native callables) with Supabase Auth. No Firebase. Schema is live (5 DBs / 321 tables), ready to hold application data. The legacy admin UI still uses Firebase and would be ported onto this API.
